Your pet doesn't like it or you're not satisfied? Get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery, even if the pack has already been opened. We'll swap it for another variety or refund the purchase price.

You don't have to send anything back. For hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to resell opened food. Please give the rest to an animal shelter or to friends instead, we'd much rather that than have it thrown away.

A short message to support@sollis.shop with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work is all it takes. Your feedback helps us get better. The guarantee applies once per product and household for orders placed via sollis.shop.

Withdrawal, 30 days

Independently of this, you have your statutory right of withdrawal, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days. You can return unopened goods during this period and we will refund the purchase price. You'll find all the details in our cancellation policy.
