Solli's dry food is produced using the so-called Freshtrusion™ process - a gentle steam cooking process that was specially developed for high-quality dry food. In this process, fresh, chilled meat and vegetable ingredients are gently cooked at only approx. 82 °C. This process makes it possible to use significantly more fresh ingredients than with conventional extrusion processes - it protects proteins and flavorings, ensures better digestibility and preserves the natural taste particularly well

The cooked meat is then processed in a special extrusion system that avoids typical disadvantages such as high temperatures and additives containing mineral oil. The meat oils that escape during cooking are collected and added to the kibble as a natural flavor carrier - a fine, high-quality flavor finish that is particularly popular with dogs.

The consistent quality of Solli's dry food is ensured by an unbroken cold chain, strictly controlled, traceable ingredients and a particularly gentle steam cooking process.
